Endeavor Movement ™

The Endeavor Movement is the freshest expression of Christian Endeavor in North America implemented under the leadership of Timothy Eldred, President of CEI. The Endeavor Movement is a coalition of congregations and ministries who have accepted a more biblically effective approach to their youth program and stopped providing ministry to youth and started producing youth in ministry. These organizations understand God's call on this generation to be leaders in the cause of Christ today and have begun building ministries that are to youth, by youth, and for youth. They have stopped doing ministry for youth and started helping youth do ministry.

We realize that the Endeavor Movement is not for every church and young person, but it is the solution for those wanting to train youth to lead and transform their world with the Gospel.
